I first learned that food could be a medicine when I used food to pull my sons out of the worlds of autism and ADHD. We were able to leave the world of pharmacology, allowing my sons to become functioning participants of society.

After seeing the changes in their behaviors and their health, it inspired me to delve deeper into the truth of nutrition. I then began seeing changes in my own health. Low-functioning immune system, Fibromyalgia, chronic sinus infections and seasonal allergies, migraines, digestive issues, and hypothyroidism all began to leave me.

To be able to be free of these symptoms and of the accompanying pharmacological products is an awesome experience!! To be able to meet life’s challenges and to have the energy to deal with them head on is such a blessing. This blessing is simply attained by eating what our Creator has made available for us to eat. In today’s environment, we must diligently search out and go back to what was originally designed for us to eat.
